The sleep tracking is very helpful, I love the mobile functions and the ability to read full text and emails on the watch. It is such a time saver and help in my daily life. Don't expect it to be super complicated. The hardest part for me was that it tells you when you receive messages but the watch itself does not allow you to reply. It has no audio either. But honestly it does everything I could want it to do besides that. It tracks exercise, sleep(though not super accurately), burned calories . It also has an alarm function and a music control function. The music control is very basic only supplying a pause/ play button and skip. Very discouraging that it won't vibrate for notifications. May end up returning as that is a deal breaker. Just opened it up. Went to place it on the charger before wearing it and it came with a full charge. Easy to connect and set up. So far my only complaint is it only has 4 faces. But that's not a deal breaker.
